Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to provide clinical operational and administrative oversight in the absence of managers and directors.

You will coordinate patient placement, serve as administrative liaison, and oversee staffing, with additional duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Nursing and an RN license in NC or a compact state, plus at least 5 years of nursing experience with 2 years in supervision; Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in North Carolina or a compact state and current BCLS required.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• Critical Care nursing experience preferred.
