The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, PA RN licensure, and 3 years of nursing experience (ICU/ER preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and interdepartmental collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and PA RN license.
• 3 years nursing experience; critical care or ER preferred.
• Patient- and family-centered practice and effective communication.
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary collaboration across departments.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with scheduling and payroll tools.
