Job summary

PAM Health in South Point is opening a new inpatient rehab hospital this winter and is hiring for a full-time position supporting Nursing Services. You will work under the Director of Nursing and help maintain files, communications, and staffing coordination.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent; business college/secretarial training is a plus. No prior experience is required, though 1–2 years in healthcare/office settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Business college or secretarial school experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department files, inter-office memorandums, correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals.
• Maintain confidential information of patients and staff.
• Assist with staffing coordination.
• Prepare statistical information for service areas under the Director of Nursing.
• Serve as a liaison between departments outside Nursing Services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
