Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN license; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Master’s degree in nursing or higher required.
• Minimum three years RN experience in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAS team to ensure high-quality academic coaching.
• Oversee NAS staff professional development and licensure tracking.
• Monitor retention metrics and present data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration on curriculum and student support.
