Job summary

Eye to I Learning in Columbus, OH seeks a passionate Nursery School Teacher to join our warm, nurturing team dedicated to the growth of young learners.

You will plan age-appropriate curriculum, foster a safe classroom, monitor development, and communicate with families daily. Candidates with infant/toddler experience and CPR/First Aid readiness are encouraged to apply. This on-site role offers an opportunity for advancement in our caring program.

Qualifications

• Experience with nursery-age children.
• Knowledge of early childhood development milestones.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not current.
• Strong communication with families and staff.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum for nursery-age children
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and daily activities
• Maintain accurate developmental records and observations for each child
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure program consistency and quality
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols throughout the school day

• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education
• Ability to pass a background check as required by Ohio childcare regulations
