The Learning Experience in New Albany, OH is seeking a passionate and nurturing Childcare Teacher to join our growing team. You will create a safe, engaging classroom and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive and social development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in childcare, preschool, or early education setting preferred.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state childcare licensing requirements.
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, meals, and transitions.
