Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with nursery or ornamental horticulture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Experience with POS and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation; pricing and signage accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with point-of-sale transactions and inquiries.
• Coordinate and dispatch tree installations and manage displays.
• Ensure adherence to customer service processes and upselling opportunities.
• Guide customers through installation processes and coordinate installs/deliveries.
• Enter SKUs, tag signage, and manage product placement per planograms.
• Stock, merchandise, and optimize product displays for sales.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and admin duties with signage and promotions.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
• Oversee seasonal planogramming and product placement for optimal sales.
