• Bachelor's degree in related field required; nursing field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads system-wide nurse wellbeing programs from concept through execution with measurable impact.
• Manages annual wellbeing survey planning data collection analysis and reporting.
• Oversees National Nurse Wellbeing Conference timelines logistics vendor engagement and post-evaluation.
• Maintains cross-functional project plans with timelines milestones and accountability.
• Represents Center for Wellbeing in internal/external forums and collaborates with stakeholders.
