Job summary

MedStar Health seeks a Nurse Wellbeing Program Manager to lead and advance wellbeing initiatives across the system, working closely with the MI2 and Center for Wellbeing teams.

The role requires strong healthcare program management, operational discipline, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable impact in a fast-paced environment, partnering with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of project/program management experience including planning, execution, data tracking, reporting, and performance improvement.
• Experience collaborating with nursing leadership, frontline staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with external vendors, partners, or national organizations preferred.
• Experience in a team environment as a member, facilitator, and process manager.

Responsibilities

• Leads system wide nurse wellbeing programs and initiatives from concept through execution ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable impact on workforce wellbeing engagement and sustainability.
• Executes bi-annual employee wellbeing survey including planning stakeholder coordination data collection analysis reporting and dissemination of findings.
• Manages operational and logistical needs for nurse wellbeing team.
• Represents the Center for Wellbeing and MedStar Institute for Innovation in internal and external forums contributing to enterprise-wide improvement efforts.
