Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a nurse leader to coordinate and supervise daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality care and positive patient outcomes. This role focuses on collaborative care, mentoring staff, and maintaining effective relationships with physicians and center personnel.

The incumbent will apply nursing theory and practice to oversee planning, analysis, reports, policies, and budgets for the unit, while delivering age-appropriate patient care across assigned populations.

Qualifications

• Education: Current State license as a registered nurse, BSN or higher.
• Experience: Approximately two to three years progressively more responsible related work experience, including at least two years clinical experience as an RN.
• The ability to gain professional competence in nursing care techniques and practices.
• Preferred qualifications include MSN.
