Qualifications

• Current State license as a registered nurse, BSN or higher.
• Approximately two to three years progressively more responsible related work experience, including at least two years clinical experience as an RN.
• The ability to gain professional competence in nursing care techniques and practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise daily operations of the Unit.
• Direct the delivery of care by department personnel to ensure patient outcomes and high-quality care.
• Foster positive working relationships among staff, physicians and hospital personnel to ensure collaboration.
• Provide patient care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
