Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Rhode Island RN licensure is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant job-related experience.
• Certification in administration or related specialty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient care delivery on the unit by directing and delegating to ensure timely, quality, patient-focused care.
• Manages patient flow and coordinates staffing with the nursing supervisor and director.
• Maintains EMR proficiency to ensure timely admissions and discharges.
• Participates in hiring, performance appraisals, and staff development.
• Responds to emergencies and collaborates on regulatory and safety standards.
