Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Mentor RN/LPN staff nurses and guide nursing assistants.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for holistic patient care.
- Oversee admission, transfer and discharge planning within unit.
- Direct workflow efficiently within time constraints to maintain quality care.
- Participate in QAPI initiatives and unit performance reviews.
