The Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for our Sub-Acute Unit with a CHF management program. The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care on a Mon-Fri schedule at our Dorchester location.

Ideal candidates hold a Massachusetts nursing license, RN preferred, with EMR and PCC experience and strong communication skills to mentor staff and coordinate discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing license (RN/LPN).
• Registered Nurse strongly preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Mentor RN/LPN staff nurses.
• Provide guidance to nursing assistants.
• Monitor training for new orientees.
• Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Greet new admissions and participate in discharge planning.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Direct workflow efficiently within time constraints.
• Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives.
