Niles Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to join our Management Team. You will oversee the unit and be directly responsible for the performance of the nurses and the overall quality of care provided, including medication management, charting, care coordination, and insurance communications.

Qualifications

• Active RN (RN) or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit operations and nursing staff performance.

• Lead the nursing team and implement tools to improve outcomes.
