Apploi is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to lead the delivery of care in our facility. You will supervise CNAs, assess resident needs, and develop care plans to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state RN or LPN license required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong documentation and coding skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork emphasized.
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle new tasks without procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff delivering care.
• Assess resident needs, develop and monitor care plans.
• Perform admissions/discharges and chart care.
• Maintain accurate sign-in/out staffing records.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and infection control.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing to address grievances.
