The candidate will oversee direct nursing care, supervise STNAs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities are required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by STNAs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
• Maintain accurate resident care records and documentation.
