Job summary

Villa At Parkridge seeks a Nurse Unit Manager LPN to oversee day-to-day nursing activities and ensure high quality care. You will assess, implement, and evaluate care plans, supervise staff, and coordinate with administration and medical teams.

The role requires current LPN licensure, CPR certification, and prior supervisory experience in long-term care. Flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing and CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care and MDS is preferred.
• Must be able to manage nursing staff and facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing staff and scheduling; write performance reviews.
• Plan care with administration, medical, therapy teams.
• Ensure care standards and timely rounds.
• Maintain clean, sanitary areas and proper documentation.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and oversee shifts.
