Eastern Health Group seeks an RN/LPN Unit Manager to supervise delivery of care for residents, assess needs, and develop care plans. The role includes supervising CNAs and other staff while ensuring compliance with physician orders and facility guidelines.

The position emphasizes documentation, coordination with the Director of Nursing, and maintaining high patient safety and quality outcomes in a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with current state license.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current CPR certification.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Identify and prioritize primary nursing problems and develop care plans.
• Complete assessments of residents at admission and discharge.
• Document services rendered for billing and charting.
• Notify residents or families of discharge planning and status.
• Maintain infection control standards and safety in daily operations.
