Qualifications

• RN or LPN with at least 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Oversees staffing to meet patient/resident needs.
• Develops assignments and schedules for unit staff.
• Supervises nursing documentation and Medicare/Medicaid compliance.
• Liaises with nursing staff and other departments; participates in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Assists in interviewing and hiring nursing staff and performs performance reviews.
