Qualifications

• Active MA RN or LPN license.
• BLS/ CPR valid.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote the highest possible level of functioning.
• Ensure timely incident reporting with appropriate follow-up to the Administrator and DON.
• Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the DON.
• Assist in development and evaluation of policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff on the unit.
• Monitor care plan compliance and quality standards to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care.
