Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced RN to serve as a Staff RN with unit leadership responsibilities in Exeter, NH. • Active RN license in NH or compact state.
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• BSN strongly preferred to support clinical leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all duties of a Staff RN as necessary.
• Provide anticipatory planning for patient needs, staffing and unit operations.
• Mentor and role model to develop nursing staff.
• Review patient outcomes and participate in unit-based quality improvement.
• Communicate organizational information to staff regularly and effectively.
• Oversee unit operations, resources and budget considerations.
• Assist with hiring/firing decisions and ensure policy compliance.
