Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Nurse Unit Manager:

• Previous experience as a Nurse Unit Manager preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
