Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Nursing Leader to supervise clinical teams, align resources, and drive high-quality patient care. You will mentor staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across locations.

The role requires RN licensure in California, Basic Life Support, and an associates or higher degree with leadership experience. You will partner with physicians and care teams to maintain safe, efficient patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in a Business, Nursing, Health Care, or directly related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field OR minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Recommends developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative relationships and mentors team members.
• Supervises daily activities of designated work team and ensures policies are followed; coordinates resources.
• Manages hospital administrative functions to support patient care and budget targets.
• Oversees care delivery operations in 24/7 environment, coordinating resources and ensuring safety and compliance.
