The position requires leadership experience, an associate degree or higher in a related field, and a track record of improving operational performance in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in a Business, Nursing, Health Care, or directly related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field OR minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Responsabilités

• Recommends developmental opportunities for others; mentors and coaches to drive performance improvement; fosters open dialogue and collaboration.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of designated work team or unit; aligns team efforts with policies and procedures; resolves escalated issues.
• Supervises hospital administrative functions to support patient care, including data collection, utilization, and budgeting alignment.
• Manages care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment; coordinates resources and staff; ensures emergency preparedness and delivery of nursing services.
• Directs improvements to operations and technology processes; monitors performance metrics and drives strategic improvements.
