Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in a Business, Nursing, Health Care, or directly related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field OR minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Assists in implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems across locations.
• Supports collaboration with physicians and healthcare team to ensure safe patient care.
• Allocates resources in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Supervises equipment, supplies and medications usage and maintenance.
• Maintains safe environment for patients and employees; ensures licensing and regulations compliance.
