Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in Business, Nursing, Health Care, or related field with two years in related area or three years in related field.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Recommends developmental opportunities, mentors and coaches to drive performance improvement.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of designated work team to meet deadlines.
• Manages hospital administrative functions to support patient care and budget targets.
• Manages care delivery operations 24/7, coordinating resources and ensuring safety.
• Leads improvements to operations and technology processes and monitors performance metrics.
