Job summary

St. Anne's Nursing Center and Residence Inc is seeking a Manager, Nurse to oversee the clinical care on the assigned unit in our Miami, FL location. The incumbent will ensure delivery of care meets regulatory standards and will have 24/7 responsibility for the unit.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, CPR, and supervisory experience, with strong English and Spanish communication skills. The successful candidate will lead a diverse nursing staff and participate in unit budgeting and

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Florida.
• CPR certification.
• 3 years of experience in a health care facility.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Must be able to speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, controls and evaluates delivery of patient and/or resident care and services.
• Supervises staff (licensed and non-licensed) in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
• Completes employee evaluations on a timely basis.
• Keeps interdisciplinary team informed of changes in resident status.
• Assists in maintaining nursing department budget and staffing for shifts.
• Floats to other units as assigned to meet care needs.
