Qualifications

• BSN, required.
• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• The Nurse Manager assumes 24-hour responsibility in directing and coordinating the clinical activities and operations of Unit.
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates the performance of the nursing staff.
• Plans and administers the annual budget in collaboration with the Director, Nursing.
