Job summary

Sheppard Pratt in Towson, Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse to split duties across two inpatient units: the Co-Ed Adolescent Mood Disorder Unit and the Adolescent Female Crisis Stabilization Unit. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with MD RN licensure.
• Two to three years of related experience; inpatient psychiatric nursing preferred.
• Ability to lead staff and coordinate clinical operations on unit(s).

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing care on inpatient units.
• Reassign staff to meet programming demands and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interview and screen candidates; orient new staff; participate in performance appraisals.
