NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist is seeking a Nurse Technician for telemetry on the evening shift. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, providing bedside care, comfort, and compassionate support in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a recent graduation from Nurse Technician/Patient Care Technician or Nursing Assistant programs, a high school diploma or GED, BCLS certification, and the ability to lift and position patients safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience as Nurse Technician, Patient Care Technician or Medical Assistant.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of accredited Nurse Technician/Patient Care Technician or Nursing Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant program with documentation.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
