Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Phlebotomy and EKG certifications or demonstrated experience.
• One year experience as Nursing Assistant; BLS certification required.
• Experience in patient care and telemetry welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and comfort to patients.

Take initiative and balance the perfect blend of patient care and clinical practices. Bring the best in care and caring, all while providing quality phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs monitoring and blood glucose testing.

This is a part time night shift position covering the hours of 11:00pm - 7:15am with rotating weekends and holidays at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital located in Bronxville; right across from the Metro North Station.

Preferred Criteria

• Minimum of one year experience in psychiatry or related field

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma
• Successful completion of approved Patient Care Tech Program or a Phlebotomy Certification and EKG Certification or demonstrated experience in performing electrocardiograms
• One year experience as a Nursing Assistant
• BLS Certification
