Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Nurse Technician for the Intensive Medical Rehab Unit (IMRU). This full-time day shift (7:00 am–7:30 pm) offers starting wage of $18 per hour with experience considerations and shift differentials.

Under the supervision of an RN, the NT delivers direct patient care, maintains safety, documents care, assists with procedures, and supports quality and service pillars within Mary Free Bed's Nursing Department. BLS required; CNA preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• No prior experience required; applicant must be able to perform essential patient care duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
• Document care and communicate patient needs to the RN.
• Maintain clean and safe patient environments and equipment.
