Job summary

Mary Free Bed in Grand Rapids is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Sub-Acute Rehab Unit to deliver patient-centered care in a supportive environment. This position offers a 36-hour week with responsibility for patient assessments, planning, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in nursing and a commitment to quality improvement. All newly hired staff will be expected to become Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurses (CRRN). Covid pay and various benefits are also available.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse in the state of Michigan required.
• Preferences for rehabilitation or acute care experience.
• Strong communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care including assessments and planning.
• Coordinate care with LPNs, therapists, and providers.
• Support patient discharge planning and monitor progress.
