Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for HealthCare Providers is required.
• No licensure beyond CNA is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as delegated by the RN.
• Collect and monitor data, obtain vital signs, and document appropriately.
• Maintain a safe patient environment and assist with transfers and mobility.
• Respond to patient call lights promptly and communicate with the RN and team.
