Hutchinson Regional Medical Center in Kansas seeks a Nurse Technician to participate in direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The PRN position supports unit operations and patient needs in a collaborative, compassionate environment.

The role emphasizes learning, PHI privacy, effective communication, and adherence to department policies. Strong multitasking and basic computer skills are required.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in an ACEN or CCNE accredited Registered Nurse program with successful completion of at least one full year of clinical nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR card from approved provider within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform acts within the scope of practice as defined by the skills checklist.
• Demonstrate knowledge to provide care as described in unit/department competencies.
• Initiate learning activities to increase understanding and skills.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and the care team.
• Abide by PHI privacy and security regulations and follow established policies.
