Hillcrest Health & Living in Bellevue, Gretna, and Papillion seeks compassionate Nurse Technicians to provide personal care, daily support, and dignity to residents across multiple Hillcrest communities while coordinating with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Completion of Nursing Assistant coursework is required.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Nebraska required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or hospital settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to residents.
• Report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene and mobility.
• Record vital signs and document care per facility policy.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable care environments.
• Build respectful relationships with residents and families.
