Job summary
Hillcrest Health Services is seeking compassionate Nurse Techs to join our teams across Bellevue, Gretna, and Papillion, NE. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available with day, evening, and overnight shifts.
You will provide personal care, support daily activities, and help ensure residents’ safety and dignity. Ideal candidates have CNA certification, experience with older adults, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults in long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, senior living or similar settings.
- Nursing Assistant coursework completed and Nebraska CNA certification active.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily support to residents and guests.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
- Record vitals and document care per policy.
- Report changes to nursing staff and follow care plans.
- Support residents with meals and dining experiences.
- Maintain clean, safe care areas and proper documentation.
