Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre is seeking a Night shift Nursing Supervisor to coordinate and supervise nursing care on the assigned unit. You will oversee staff, ensure high-quality patient care and manage daily operations to support safe, cost-effective service.

The role requires a BSN in progress with 2 years of nursing experience; PA RN license and BLS are required. You will work 7p–7:30a with flexible hours to meet business needs.

Qualificações

• Enrollment in a BSN program and 2 years of nursing experience.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania and BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Direct patient care and supervise assigned personnel.
• Coordinate scheduling and 24/7 staffing to ensure unit coverage.
• Mentor staff and support Magnet philosophies and evidence-based practice.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, patient safety, and effective use of resources.
