Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree-Nursing required.
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree-Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care on the unit.
• Support improvements to deliver high quality, safe patient care.
• Ensure the highest level of care and optimize patient satisfaction.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise staff on the unit.
• Assist with staffing, performance appraisals and documentation.
