Nurses and More is hiring an on-site Healthcare Staffing Recruiter and Credentialing Coordinator for our Charlotte, NC office. In this full-time role, you will connect RNs, LPNs, and CNAs with healthcare facility clients by managing recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and supplemental staffing scheduling.

The position offers a flexible day schedule, comprehensive insurance benefits, retirement support, and professional development assistance.

Qualifications

2+ years of healthcare staffing or nurse recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting nurses for multiple states, including virtual hiring.
Experience with applications, onboarding, and nurse credentialing.

Responsabilités

Recruit and hire RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in NC and other states.
Manage end-to-end application and onboarding workflow.
Coordinate nurse credentialing and verify licenses, certifications, and health requirements.
Maintain compliant applicant, recruiting, and credentialing records.
Support virtual hiring process for nurses who work in person.
Place nurses on supplemental staffing shifts and manage schedules.
Serve as point of contact for facilities and nurses.
