Team Select Home Care is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to source, attract, and hire qualified nurses for home care sites. You will build a pipeline to meet branch staffing needs and census growth while coordinating onboarding with People Services and leadership.

The role requires strong recruiting tactics, experience in healthcare staffing, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced market.

Formación

• Recruit and hire in a competitive healthcare market.
• Knowledge of recruiting tactics, sourcing strategies, and ATS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum one year of recruiting or sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead external recruitment to hire qualified nurses for open shifts.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to address staffing gaps.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates for clinical alignment.
• Document recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Generate offer letters and onboarding for selected candidates.
• Place fully hired nurses into home care cases based on skill set and patient needs.
• Provide staffing support aligned with caseload demands.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
