Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse and 2–4 years of RN experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a dynamic team of registered nurses with diverse responsibilities.
• Assist in monitoring services in managed care, care management, and benefit utilization.
• Review data reports and dashboards to inform recommendations with the data management office.
• Research fee-for-service populations to improve outcomes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with clinical policy to implement best practices across plans.
• Report to the Chief Medical and Transformation Officer on research and implementations.
• Coordinate with the pharmacy unit to align policies.
• Coordinate with HCBS policy to align clinical needs with home/community services.
• Represent MO HealthNet in clinical policy meetings with DHSS/DMH and other agencies.
• Work with the nursing team to develop training materials.
• Engage in other projects as assigned.
