Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at a Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facility in Fort Myers, FL. This part-time position focuses on supervising staff and ensuring high-quality patient care, with weekend availability required.

The RN Supervisor will oversee Licensed Nurses and CNAs, adhere to policy, and collaborate with facility personnel to maintain care standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned
