Apploi is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) in Palos Hills, IL to oversee resident care operations and support nursing staff. This leadership role focuses on maintaining clinical excellence and ensuring high standards of care within our long-term care facility.

Key duties include supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; overseeing care plans; administering medications; maintaining accurate documentation; and monitoring regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Illinois is required.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Overseeing resident care and ensuring compliance with care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation.
• Monitoring clinical performance and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
