Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants.
• Complete and file resident charts and orders.
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain care quality and a warm environment.
• Ensure resident privacy and confidentiality of health information.
