Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient care requirements by establishing rapport with patients and families.
• Foster a compassionate environment with emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
• Promote patient independence by establishing goals and teaching patients and families about conditions and self-care.
