Job summary

Accolade Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to promote and restore patients' health by delivering the nursing process in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. You will support patients and families, supervise assigned team members, and ensure high-quality compassionate care in a hospital setting.

An Illinois RN license and ADN/BSN are required. We offer multiple benefits and competitive hourly rates for full-time nursing staff.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required.
• Active RN license in good standing in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient care requirements by establishing rapport with patients and families.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Promote patient independence by setting goals and teaching about conditions and self-care.
• Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring outcomes.
