Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify patient care requirements through rapport with patients and families.

• Set care goals and educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Ensure care quality by adhering to standards and measuring outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to resolve patient issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean unit by following regulations and procedures.
• Support nurses with medication carts, organization, and supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
