Accolade Healthcare in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote and restore patients’ health by completing the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, provide physical and psychological support, and supervise assigned team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will work in a healthcare setting with emphasis on compassionate care, patient education, and adherence to hospital protocols.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN; active RN license in Illinois

Responsibilities

• Identify patient care requirements by establishing rapport with patients and families.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Promote patient independence by setting care goals and teaching conditions and self-care skills.
• Adhere to therapeutic standards and measure health outcomes against goals.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to resolve patient needs.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and comply with procedures and regulations.
• Protect patients and staff by following infection control policies and medication protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
